Coconut Macaron Thai Iced Tea


This Coconut Macaron Thai Iced Tea is a delicious twist on the classic Thai iced tea, infused with deep, bold tea flavors and creamy coconut almond milk for a smooth, tropical finish. Perfectly sweet and refreshing!
Ingredients:
10 Thai tea bags
8 cups water
1½ cups granulated sugar
Coconut almond milk (to taste)
Coconut cream (2 tablespoons per glass)
Ice (for serving)
Straws (for serving)
Fresh mint (for garnish)
Directions:

Brew the Tea:
Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.
Add tea bags, remove from heat, cover, and steep for 8 minutes.

Sweeten the Tea:
Remove the tea bags and stir in granulated sugar until fully dissolved.

Chill the Tea:
Transfer the tea to a pitcher and refrigerate until completely chilled.

Assemble the Drinks:
Fill glasses halfway with ice.
Pour tea into each glass until ¾ full.
Add about ¼ cup of coconut almond milk.
Finish with 2 tablespoons of coconut cream per glass.

Serve & Enjoy:
Stir gently with a bamboo skewer to blend the flavors.
Garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately with a straw.
