Soft Ricotta Almond Pillows
Ingredients:
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup almond flour
1 large egg
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Sliced almonds for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, almond flour, egg, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into small, rounded mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle sliced almonds on top of each mound.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pillows are golden and set.
Let cool slightly before serving
