Banana Bread Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting – A Moist & Fluffy Delight!
Banana bread meets soft cake, topped with a luscious cream cheese frosting!

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed 🍌
  • 2 eggs 🥚
  • ½ cup melted butter 🧈
  • ½ cup honey (or sugar) 🍯
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour 🌾
  • 1 tsp baking soda 🥄
  • ½ tsp salt 🧂
  • 8 oz cream cheese 🧀
  • 1 cup powdered sugar 🍚
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, and honey.
  3. Stir in the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. For the frosting, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Once the cake has cooled, frost it with the cream cheese mixture.

Serving Tip:

Sprinkle with chopped walnuts for an extra crunch!
