Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower (about 4–5 cups riced)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
