Cauliflower Breadsticks
These Cauliflower Breadsticks are a perfect gluten-free and low-carb alternative to traditional breadsticks, with a delicious cheesy, garlicky flavor. They’re simple to make, satisfying, and perfect as an appetizer, side, or snack!
Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of cauliflower (about 4–5 cups riced)
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rice the cauliflower: Use a food processor to process the cauliflower until it resembles rice.
