Cream Cheese Swirled Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 box brownie mix (or homemade brownie batter)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, using melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture onto the brownie batter. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the cream cheese into the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
