Layered Gourmet Beef
Ingredients:
- 600g potatoes
- 300g ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper (to taste)
- Microgreens for garnish
Preparation:
- Pre-cook the Potatoes
- Peel and slice potatoes into thick rounds.
- Boil in salted water for 8-10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Beef
- Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent, then add garlic.
- Add ground beef, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Make the Sauce
- Stir in soy sauce, honey, and tomato paste. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Crisp the Potatoes
- Pan-fry potato slices until golden brown on both sides.
- Assemble & Serve
- Layer potatoes and beef alternately on plates.
- Garnish with microgreens and serve hot.

- Cooking Control: Avoid overcooking potatoes to keep them intact.
- Flavor Variations: Swap honey for maple syrup or add a pinch of chili for spice.
