Crab & Cheese Filled Crescent Rolls

These buttery, flaky crescent rolls are stuffed with a creamy crab and cheese filling, making them the perfect appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven – Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Filling – In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning (if using) until combined.
  3. Roll Out the Dough – On a floured surface, roll out the crescent dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Cut into Triangles – Divide the dough into 8 triangles.
  5. Add the Filling – Spoon 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll & Shape – Roll each triangle into a croissant shape, starting from the wide end. Place them on the baking sheet.
  7. Brush with Butter – Lightly brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake – Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
