Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)
- 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven – Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Filling – In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning (if using) until combined.
- Roll Out the Dough – On a floured surface, roll out the crescent dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut into Triangles – Divide the dough into 8 triangles.
- Add the Filling – Spoon 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll & Shape – Roll each triangle into a croissant shape, starting from the wide end. Place them on the baking sheet.
- Brush with Butter – Lightly brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake – Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
