Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers

For the Filling:
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- Β½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- ΒΌ cup strawberry jam
- Extra crushed graham crackers & whole strawberries for garnish
Instructions:
1. Make the Crust
- Mix graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture firmly into a springform pan to form the base.
- Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
2. Prepare the Creamy Filling
- Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until light and fluffy.
3. Layer the Cheesecake
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust.
- Arrange sliced strawberries evenly on top.

4. Repeat & Finish
