Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions:
1. Cook the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add cubed chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté until golden brown and fully cooked (about 6–8 minutes).
2. Make the Garlic Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and parsley.
- Stir well and set aside.
3. Assemble the Wraps
- Lay out the flour tortillas.
- Divide the cooked chicken evenly between them.
- Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Drizzle with the garlic sauce.
4. Wrap & Toast
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
- Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and toast the wraps for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
5. Serve & Enjoy!
- Cut in half and serve warm.
