This bold and zesty hot sauce combines the briny kick of dill pickles with spicy jalapeños and habanero for a unique and flavorful condiment. Perfect for burgers, sandwiches, tacos, or as a dipping sauce!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- ½ cup pickle juice
- 2–3 jalapeños, seeded for less heat
- 1 habanero pepper (optional, for extra heat)
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- ½ tsp celery seed
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Blend the Ingredients
- In a blender or food processor, combine:
- Chopped dill pickles
- Pickle juice
- Jalapeños & habanero (if using)
- Garlic, vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, celery seed, black pepper, and salt
- Blend until smooth. Add more pickle juice if needed to adjust the texture.
2. Adjust Seasoning
- Taste and adjust:
- Add more honey for sweetness.
- Add more peppers for extra heat.
3. Store & Chill
- Pour into a bottle or jar, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors develop.
4. Shake & Serve
- Shake well before using.
