Ingredients:
- 1 lb rotini pasta, cooked & drained (reserve 1 cup pasta water)
- 3 cups cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
- 2 (15 oz) jars Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup garlic parmesan sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
2️⃣ Mix the Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine:
✅ Cooked pasta
✅ Chicken
✅ Alfredo sauce & garlic parmesan sauce
✅ ½ of the mozzarella & Parmesan cheese
✅ Salt & black pepper - Stir well and add up to ½ cup pasta water for extra sauciness.
3️⃣ Assemble & Bake
- Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella & Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted & bubbly.
4️⃣ Broil & Serve
- (Optional) Remove foil & broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden, crispy top.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley.
