This Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Bake is creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor—perfect for a comforting weeknight meal!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb rotini pasta, cooked & drained (reserve 1 cup pasta water)
  • 3 cups cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
  • 2 (15 oz) jars Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup garlic parmesan sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

2️⃣ Mix the Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine:
    ✅ Cooked pasta
    ✅ Chicken
    ✅ Alfredo sauce & garlic parmesan sauce
    ½ of the mozzarella & Parmesan cheese
    ✅ Salt & black pepper
  • Stir well and add up to ½ cup pasta water for extra sauciness.

3️⃣ Assemble & Bake

  • Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle remaining mozzarella & Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted & bubbly.

4️⃣ Broil & Serve

  • (Optional) Remove foil & broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden, crispy top.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve warm and enjoy! 😋
