Ingredients:
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Steak Bites
- Season steak bites with salt & pepper.
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt remaining 1 tbsp butter.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir, and bring to a simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning (if using). Stir until the sauce thickens (2-3 minutes).
3️⃣ Finish & Serve
- Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the creamy sauce.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
