This Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce Steak Bites recipe is quick, creamy, and absolutely flavorful—perfect for a weeknight meal or an indulgent appetizer!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook the Steak Bites

  • Season steak bites with salt & pepper.
  • Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add steak bites and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  • Remove from the skillet and set aside.

2️⃣ Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt remaining 1 tbsp butter.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, stir, and bring to a simmer.
  • Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning (if using). Stir until the sauce thickens (2-3 minutes).

3️⃣ Finish & Serve

  • Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the creamy sauce.
  • Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with crusty bread, mashed potatoes, or pasta.
