Ingredients:

For the Grilled Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

For the Tzatziki Sauce:

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cucumber (grated & squeezed dry)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

For the Fresh Salad:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ½ cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (for garnish)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Marinate & Grill the Chicken

  • Toss chicken strips with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and lemon juice.
  • Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.

2️⃣ Make the Tzatziki Sauce

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir well and refrigerate for 10 minutes for flavors to meld.

3️⃣ Assemble & Serve

  • Arrange grilled chicken, sliced cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes on a plate.
  • Add a generous dollop of tzatziki and garnish with fresh dill.
