Ingredients:
For the Grilled Chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cucumber (grated & squeezed dry)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
For the Fresh Salad:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ½ cucumber (sliced)
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Marinate & Grill the Chicken
- Toss chicken strips with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and lemon juice.
- Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
2️⃣ Make the Tzatziki Sauce
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well and refrigerate for 10 minutes for flavors to meld.
3️⃣ Assemble & Serve
- Arrange grilled chicken, sliced cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes on a plate.
