A Layered Strawberry Delight!

This no-bake dessert features a crunchy Oreo crust, creamy cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, and a refreshing Jello layerperfect for summer!

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups Oreo crumbs
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream

For the Jello Layer:

  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 package (3 oz) Strawberry Jello
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water

For Garnish:

  • Additional strawberries
  • Extra whipped cream

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust

  • Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  • Chill in the fridge while preparing the next layer.

2️⃣ Make the Jello Layer

  • Dissolve Strawberry Jello in boiling water, then add cold water.
  • Chill until it starts to thicken slightly.

3️⃣ Make the Cream Cheese Filling

  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gently fold in whipped cream until fully combined.

4️⃣ Assemble the Layers

  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  • Add a layer of chopped strawberries.
  • Pour the slightly thickened Jello over the strawberries.
  • Chill until Jello is fully set (about 2 hours).

5️⃣ Final Layer & Garnish

  • Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the set Jello.
  • Garnish with extra strawberries & whipped cream.

6️⃣ Chill & Serve

  • Refrigerate for at least another 2 hours before slicing.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy this creamy, fruity, and refreshing dessert!
