This no-bake dessert features a crunchy Oreo crust, creamy cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, and a refreshing Jello layer—perfect for summer!

Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 2 cups Oreo crumbs
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
For the Jello Layer:
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 package (3 oz) Strawberry Jello
- ½ cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
For Garnish:
- Additional strawberries
- Extra whipped cream
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Crust
- Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
- Chill in the fridge while preparing the next layer.
2️⃣ Make the Jello Layer
- Dissolve Strawberry Jello in boiling water, then add cold water.
- Chill until it starts to thicken slightly.
3️⃣ Make the Cream Cheese Filling
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until fully combined.
4️⃣ Assemble the Layers
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Add a layer of chopped strawberries.
- Pour the slightly thickened Jello over the strawberries.
- Chill until Jello is fully set (about 2 hours).
5️⃣ Final Layer & Garnish
- Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the set Jello.
- Garnish with extra strawberries & whipped cream.
6️⃣ Chill & Serve
- Refrigerate for at least another 2 hours before slicing.
- Serve chilled and enjoy this creamy, fruity, and refreshing dessert!
