Grilled Lamb Chops with Herb Gremolata

Ingredients

For the Lamb Chops:

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Herb Gremolata:

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
