Here’s a Tasty Chocolate Mousse recipe with few calories and only 3 ingredients:

Ingredients:

100g dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher, sugar-free if preferred)

2 egg whites

100g Greek yogurt (0% fat)

Instructions:

1. Melt the chocolate: Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it using a double boiler (or microwave in short bursts, stirring in between). Let it cool slightly.

2. Whip the egg whites: In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. This will create the light and airy texture of the mousse.

3. Combine ingredients: Gently fold the Greek yogurt into the melted chocolate until smooth. Then, carefully fold in the beaten egg whites, trying to keep as much air as possible for a fluffy mousse.

4. Chill: Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
