Easy Banana Pudding

Ingredients:

1 box vanilla instant pudding
2 cups milk
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
Whipped cream, homemade or store-bought
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Nilla wafers
3 bananas, chopped


Directions:

Prepare the Pudding:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla instant pudding mix and milk until smooth and thickened, about 2-3 minutes.

Add Condensed Milk:
Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and mix well until fully combined and smooth.

Fold in Whipped Cream and Vanilla:
Gently fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract, stirring carefully until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Assemble the Layers:
In an 8×8-inch baking dish, place a single layer of Nilla wafers at the bottom.
Add a layer of chopped bananas on top of the wafers.
Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the bananas, spreading it evenly.

Repeat the Layers:
Add another layer of Nilla wafers, followed by another layer of chopped bananas.
Spread the remaining pudding mixture evenly on top.

Garnish:
Crush a few extra Nilla wafers and sprinkle them over the top of the pudding as garnish.

Chill:
Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the pudding to set.
