Banana Bread Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting – A Moist & Fluffy Delight!
Banana bread meets soft cake, topped with a luscious cream cheese frosting!
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed 🍌
- 2 eggs 🥚
- ½ cup melted butter 🧈
- ½ cup honey (or sugar) 🍯
- 2 cups all-purpose flour 🌾
- 1 tsp baking soda 🥄
- ½ tsp salt 🧂
- 8 oz cream cheese 🧀
- 1 cup powdered sugar 🍚
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, and honey.
- Stir in the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For the frosting, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Once the cake has cooled, frost it with the cream cheese mixture.
