A delicious fusion of churros, cheesecake, and donuts, these cookies are a sweet treat you wonβt be able to resist!
Ingredients:
For the Dough:
- 1 cup unsalted butter π§
- 1 cup granulated sugar π
- 2 large eggs π₯
- 1 tsp vanilla extract π¦
- 3 cups all-purpose flour πΎ

- 1/2 tsp salt π§

- 8 oz cream cheese π§
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar π

For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
- 1 cup granulated sugar π
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon π©
For the Caramel Sauce (optional):
- 1 cup caramel sauce π―
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Mix the Dough:
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and salt) until a dough forms.
2οΈβ£ Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
Beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
3οΈβ£ Shape and Seal the Cookies:
Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them into circles. Pipe a small amount of the cheesecake filling in the center of each circle. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling to seal it, then cut out the center to form a donut shape.

In a shallow dish, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll each cookie in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
