Fluffy Pancakes Recipe

These light and airy fluffy pancakes are the perfect breakfast treat! Made with whipped egg whites for extra fluffiness, they’re soft, golden, and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs (separated)
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Powdered sugar, for topping (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients

  • Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, milk, and vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

2. Mix the Batter

  • Add the egg yolk mixture and melted butter to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the beaten egg whites with a spatula to keep the batter light and fluffy.

3. Cook the Pancakes

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour a small ladleful of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip carefully.
  • Cook for another 1–2 minutes, until both sides are golden brown.

4. Serve & Enjoy

  • Serve warm with powdered sugar, fresh fruit, maple syrup, or your favorite toppings.
