Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup (100g) unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Lobster Tails
- Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the lobster shells and gently pull the meat out.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
2. Sear the Lobster
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the lobster tails meat-side down and sear for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes until the meat is opaque and fully cooked.
3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Let simmer for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.
4. Coat the Lobster
- Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the seared lobster tails.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
5. Serve & Enjoy
- Serve hot with grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice for a complete meal.
