Introduction
These melt-in-your-mouth snowball cookies are made with sweetened condensed milk for an extra rich, tender bite. Lightly golden and coated in powdered sugar, they’re perfect for holidays, gifting, or a cozy afternoon treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup confectioner’s sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Make the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter until smooth. Slowly blend in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
  2. Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in the flour and baking powder. Stir until a soft, pliable dough forms.
  3. Prep the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Form Cookies: Scoop small portions of dough and roll them into balls. Arrange on the baking sheet with space between each.
  5. Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the bottoms are lightly golden.
  6. Dust and Cool: Allow cookies to cool slightly, then generously dust with confectioner’s sugar.
