Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup confectioner’s sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Make the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter until smooth. Slowly blend in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in the flour and baking powder. Stir until a soft, pliable dough forms.
- Prep the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Form Cookies: Scoop small portions of dough and roll them into balls. Arrange on the baking sheet with space between each.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the bottoms are lightly golden.
- Dust and Cool: Allow cookies to cool slightly, then generously dust with confectioner’s sugar.
