Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets

- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup heavy cream

- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Season the Fish: Pat cod fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear the Cod: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear cod fillets for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: Lower heat to medium. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Cream and Citrus: Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest. Simmer gently until slightly thickened.
- Add Tomatoes: Toss in cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes if using. Cook for another minute.
